PRODUCT WARRANTY<\/h2>

1. WARRANTY DURATION<\/h3>

In compliance with current consumer protection regulations, all products purchased from Agility Level come with a 3-year legal warranty<\/b> starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects existing at the time of the product's delivery.<\/p>

2. COVERAGE<\/h3>

The warranty includes the free repair or replacement<\/b> of the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract (full refund) will be processed.<\/p>

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS<\/h3>

It is important to note that our products are athletic tools for dogs. The warranty DOES NOT<\/b> cover damage caused by:<\/p>

  • Bites or scratches:<\/b> Damage caused by the dog playing with, biting, or scratching the material is not considered a manufacturing defect.<\/p><\/li>

  • Misuse or negligence:<\/b> Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, excessive force, or use other than the specific athletic training for which the product was designed.<\/p><\/li>

  • Normal wear and tear:<\/b> Natural deterioration of materials (paint, rubber, contact surfaces) due to continuous use and friction during training sessions.<\/p><\/li>

  • Extreme environmental conditions:<\/b> Damage caused by leaving equipment permanently exposed to adverse weather conditions (unless the product is specifically labeled as \"suitable for permanent outdoor use\").<\/p><\/li>

  • Accidental impacts or falls:<\/b> Breakages resulting from heavy impacts during use that exceed the normal resistance of the material.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
