1. Are your obstacles suitable for official competitions? At Agility Level, we design our equipment following the safety standards and measurements used in the sport. Although many of our products are focused on technical training and home use (such as our wall mounts), they adhere to recommended heights and thicknesses so your dog trains under realistic conditions.

2. Are they suitable for any dog size? Yes. Our systems, especially the jumps and wall mounts, are fully height-adjustable. You can adapt the obstacle for both small dogs (Mini/Toy) and large ones (Standard), allowing for progressive training that is safe for their joints.

3. Why are some of your poles transparent? It is a technical decision. By using highly transparent bars ("Invisible Pole"), we eliminate excessive visual cues. This forces the dog to concentrate more, listen to your verbal command, and better calculate the jump using their proprioception, rather than jumping "from memory" just by seeing a colored shape.

4. Is it difficult to install the wall mounts? Not at all. We have designed them with simplicity in mind. They install just like any basic shelf, using a couple of standard screws (for brick, concrete, or wood). In just a few minutes, your training zone will be ready.

5. What happens if my dog hits the obstacle? Safety is our priority. Our mounts are designed to hold the bar firmly but allow it to detach or fall upon a strong impact. This prevents the dog from getting hurt or tripping dangerously, just as it happens on a professional course.

6. Where do you ship from? All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. This allows us to offer fast delivery times (generally 24-72h within the Peninsula) and agile return management without customs complications.
