At Agility Level, we want your equipment to arrive in perfect condition and as quickly as possible so you never have to stop training. Below, we detail our delivery conditions and shipping rates.

1. SHIPPING RATES

We offer different rates based on the geographical area and your purchase amount. Free shipping is automatically applied when the minimum order value is reached.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

We know you're eager to start training, which is why we work to process your order as quickly as possible.

  • Preparation Time: Orders are normally prepared within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

    • Mainland: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

    • Other destinations: In certain cases or remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 days.


3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Agility Level's control (local holidays, weather conditions, or courier incidents).

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can check its status at any time.


4. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing any justification.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on the part of Agility Level.

5. DAMAGE OR SHIPPING INCIDENTS

It is very important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice that the packaging is damaged or the product has arrived broken, you must notify us within a maximum of [24/48 hours] of receipt by writing to info@iajob:18842 and attaching photos of the damage. This is the only way we can file a claim with the transport insurance and replace your equipment quickly.
