RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you change your mind upon receiving your order, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without providing any justification.
To exercise this right, the product must meet the following requirements:

It must be in the same condition as it was delivered, without having been used, assembled, or handled beyond mere inspection.

It must retain its original packaging and manuals (if any).
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start the process, please send us an email at info@iajob:18842 stating:

Order number.

Items you wish to return.

Reason for return (optional, but it helps us improve).
Our team will respond to confirm your request and provide you with the exact shipping address for the return.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Voluntary Return (Withdrawal): The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred for returning the product to our warehouse.

Defective Product or Shipping Error: If the product arrived broken, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, Agility Level will cover all collection and replacement costs.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use:

We will send you a confirmation email.

We will proceed to refund the product amount (including the original delivery shipping costs if the entire order is returned).

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The funds may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Note: If the received product shows damage, signs of use, dog hair, dirt, or is missing the original packaging, Agility Level reserves the right to refuse a full or partial refund (depreciation of the goods).
5. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If you receive a package with visible damage or one that has been opened, it is essential that you note this on the carrier's delivery note or refuse the delivery altogether.
If you accept the package and discover damage upon opening it, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery by writing to info@iajob:18842 and attaching photos of the packaging and the damaged product. After this period, the transport insurance will not cover the claim, and we will be unable to accept the return for breakage.
6. EXCEPTIONS
Returns will not be accepted for:

Personalized products or those made to order/custom-built.

Gift cards.
