PRODUCT WARRANTY

1. WARRANTY DURATION

In compliance with current consumer protection regulations, all products purchased from Agility Level come with a 3-year legal warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects existing at the time of the product's delivery.

2. COVERAGE

The warranty includes the free repair or replacement of the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract (full refund) will be processed.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

It is important to note that our products are athletic tools for dogs. The warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by:

  • Bites or scratches: Damage caused by the dog playing with, biting, or scratching the material is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Misuse or negligence: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, excessive force, or use other than the specific athletic training for which the product was designed.

  • Normal wear and tear: Natural deterioration of materials (paint, rubber, contact surfaces) due to continuous use and friction during training sessions.

  • Extreme environmental conditions: Damage caused by leaving equipment permanently exposed to adverse weather conditions (unless the product is specifically labeled as "suitable for permanent outdoor use").

  • Accidental impacts or falls: Breakages resulting from heavy impacts during use that exceed the normal resistance of the material.

4. HOW TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY

  1. Order or invoice number.

  2. Description of the issue.

  3. Photos or a video clearly showing the defect.

Our team will evaluate the case and provide you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
